SCI TECH TALK - national homeschool list? Science & Homeschool

Members of Parliament in the UK are calling for a national homeschool list.  One concern?  Are kids learning what they should be learning?  Is there transparency?  That begs the question, "Hey government are our kids learning what they should be learning?  Where is the transparency?"  Is it a important move or a case of hypocrisy?  How has our one dimensional teaching effected the way our world is operating today?  What can parents do if they are concerned?
